Forms necessary for the initial session include the HIPPA form and the Initial Session Form. Initial Session Form for Children is for anyone under 18.

  • Initial session (1 hour) $145
  • 55 minute psychotherapy session $145
  • 90 minute psychotherapy session $175

Cancellation Policy:

I have a 24-hour cancellation notification policy. If you miss your session without giving 24 hours notification,
you will be assessed a full session fee.
